Maundy Thursday, April 18, 6:30 P.M.

[Note the time!]

We come together to share a meal, just as the disciples did. We first ask for and receive absolution for our sins, with laying on of hands. We wash one another’s hands, recalling Jesus washing the feet of his friends. We share a meal together, singing and praying and hearing the words of scripture. We end the evening with meditation as we solemnly strip the altar, and then go out into the darkness of the night.
